The Art of Hipgnosis - Pink Floyd - Led Zeppelin - Paul McCartney

The Art of Hipgnosis is an exhibition of work from the legendary photo design studio Hipgnosis. The exhibition represents visually the Golden Age of Music from 1969 to 1982 when vinyl sold in tens of millions and the album cover was considered as much an asset to the band as the music inside.

NEWS

"OCEANISTA - Fashion & the sea" just opened at the National Maritime Museum of Finland! 

Oceanista reveals how the style and culture of sailors has been borrowed in high fashion over the decades. The exhibition showcases ocean-inspired fashion designed by internationally renowned fashion houses and Finnish designers.

The extensive exhibition, which features a total of 110 garments and accessories, also includes ocean-inspired and highly nostalgic classics and street wear, dating all the way back to the end of the 19th century.

The exhibition is being produced by the National Museum of Finland in cooperation with Expona, based on an exhibition at the M/S Maritime Museum of Denmark.
